Warranty and support
For warranty service, recalibration, or technical support on an existing PressurePro unit, please have your unit serial number and original purchase information available when you contact us. Our team will issue a Warranty Number (W#) to track your service request.
Warranty service requests can be initiated by phone at (888) 985-3955 or by email at info@pp.oceanandcake.com. Completed Registration Cards (included with each unit) activate the limited warranty.
Note: please do not ship a unit back without first obtaining a W#. PressurePro does not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments.
